Women In Construction (WIC) Week is a powerful celebration of the vital roles women play in the construction industry. This week typically occurs in the beginning of March and is our opportunity to host inspiring events and highlight the remarkable contributions of women who are shaping the future of construction.
WIC Week® serves three key purposes:
- Amplify the contributions and achievements of women in construction and construction-related fields.
- Educate the public and industry peers about the opportunities available to women in the industry.
- Inspire the next generation of builders, engineers, and tradespeople.
