Women In Construction (WIC) Week is a powerful celebration of the vital roles women play in the construction industry. This week typically occurs in the beginning of March and is our opportunity to host inspiring events and highlight the remarkable contributions of women who are shaping the future of construction.

Our theme this year was “Together We Rise,” a rallying cry that embodies the strength we cultivate as a united community. We had a week full of activities dedicated to empowering women to embrace leadership roles and shatter barriers in the construction field. We are so thankful to those that planned, attended, and sponsored these events. Our Roanoke Valley Chapter received an award at the Tri-Regional Forum for our participation in WIC Week 2025!
